Honeywell is hiring an Engineering Operations Leader to align and execute engineering operations across global cross-functional teams, with a focus on New Product Introduction, portfolio governance, automation, digital transformation, engineering metrics, and business intelligence. The role reports to senior leadership, works out of Atlanta, Georgia on a hybrid schedule, and requires a technical STEM bachelor’s degree, at least five years of engineering leadership experience, and at least three years in engineering operations or project management.
