Description
CLEAR is hiring a Director of Engineering to lead multiple engineering teams responsible for consumer-facing digital products, including the mobile app, website, digital enrollment experiences, marketing technology, and Concierge platform. The role owns technical strategy, engineering excellence, cross-functional product delivery, experimentation, analytics, and the development of engineering managers and senior engineers. Candidates need at least 12 years of software engineering experience, including 6+ years leading engineering teams and 3+ years managing engineering managers, along with experience scaling consumer digital products and building scalable distributed systems and cloud-native applications. The role is onsite and offers a total compensation range of $435,000-$535,000, including base salary, annual bonus, and equity.
