Description
Flexential is hiring a Director, Enterprise Data to define and execute enterprise data strategy, architecture, governance, integration, analytics enablement, and information-management practices. The role leads the Data vertical, owns the data foundation supporting analytics, automation, and AI readiness, and manages enterprise data platforms, pipelines, APIs, SQL Server-based EDW and ODS architectures, data quality, metadata, lineage, access controls, and reusable data products. It also leads the Enterprise Data team, establishes governance operating models, manages vendors and budgets, and partners with business, technology, security, and AI stakeholders. The position offers an estimated annual base salary of $175,000-$200,000, a discretionary annual bonus, and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
