Enterprise is hiring a New York-based, hybrid Director, Enterprise PMO to lead enterprise prioritization and portfolio management within its Strategy & Operations function. The role drives Strategic Plan implementation, establishes governance and reporting, supports executive decision-making, manages shared execution resources, and oversees selected cross-divisional special projects and change management. It requires 8–12+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, enterprise PMO, or cross-functional leadership, plus strong executive communication, portfolio management, PowerPoint, Excel, and AI-tool proficiency.
