Backblaze is hiring a Director, Enterprise Systems & Architecture to own the technical vision, architecture, governance, and operations of enterprise systems and emerging AI use cases. The role serves as architectural authority across Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Snowflake, and related platforms; leads integrations, data architecture, AI agent governance, compliance controls, and infrastructure; and directly manages business systems administrators and techno-functional teams. The position requires 10+ years of relevant experience, production AI agent deployment experience, and a strong public-company compliance background, with a base salary range of $190,000 to $220,000 and full-time benefits.
