Description
The Director, Enterprise Technology provides strategic leadership, governance, and executive oversight for SHRM's enterprise technology environment. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the role develops technology strategy, manages a co-sourced technology operating model, oversees infrastructure and cybersecurity, leads vendor and contract relationships, manages technology investments, and partners with executive leadership and business stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of progressive enterprise technology leadership experience, and offers a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote.
