Description
The Director, EPC Projects will lead the development and safe operation of RES’s renewable-energy power-delivery construction business, including substations, transmission and distribution lines, solar, battery storage, and wind turbine systems. The role develops business strategy and customer relationships, manages project budgets and execution teams, directs project managers, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget. It requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of construction experience, strong electrical and transmission knowledge, leadership and analytical skills, and 16–30% domestic and international travel. The position offers a base salary of $180,000–$225,000, bonus eligibility, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
