Description
BNY is seeking a Director to lead the ETF Service Delivery team in Dublin, Ireland. The role oversees multiple small teams or one large team responsible for basket services, including portfolio composition, creation and redemption processing, cash and in-kind settlements, unit settlements, authorized participant inquiries, continuous net settlement, rebalancing, collateral processing, and PnL calculations. The Director will manage client relationships, resolve escalated issues, evaluate regulatory impacts, direct financial reporting, and recruit and develop staff. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or an equivalent combination is required, while 15+ years of total experience and at least five years in management are preferred.
