Description
The Business Analytics Director will lead Evernorth Pharmacy Solutions' strategic analytics, research, forecasting, intelligence, and decision-support agenda across pharmacy benefit services, specialty pharmacy, and enterprise stakeholders. The role develops evidence-based insights, program evaluations, drug-trend and market intelligence, machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions, and scalable analytics capabilities while building and mentoring analytics, data science, and research teams. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of healthcare or pharmacy analytics experience, and strong strategic, consulting, and stakeholder-management skills. The anticipated annual salary is 157,700–262,800 USD, with bonus and long-term incentive participation, and medical, vision, dental, and other benefits.
