Description
The Director of Executive Compensation will design, execute, and lead executive compensation and total rewards programs for ministry executives, including incentive plans, supplemental retirement plans, retention, and compensation policy guidance. The role advises senior leaders, supports executive talent acquisition and onboarding, prepares board committee materials and regulatory filings, ensures compliance across legal, accounting, tax, audit, and third-party-administration functions, and leads compensation-related mergers and acquisitions, system development, and integration work. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or Accounting is required, along with at least seven years of progressive compensation experience; the salary range is $156,000 to $227,000.
