PayPal is hiring a senior design leader to manage a team of product and UX designers focused on developer experience, design systems, and AI-enabled design tooling. The role combines people leadership with hands-on design work, including prototyping, design reviews, design-system guidance, developer-facing tools, accessibility, and cross-functional influence across Product, Engineering, Developer Relations, Documentation, Research, Accessibility, and senior leadership. The position is based in New York City with a hybrid work model and an annual base pay range of $218,000 to $323,950.
