Description
Intuit is hiring a Director, Expert Network Planning and Analytics to own end-to-end workforce planning and operations for its Customer Success organization. The role leads forecasting, capacity, scheduling, intraday decisions, AI-native autonomous operations, and the WFM Center of Excellence across Intuit’s Small Business and Consumer segments, with a global team of more than 45 FTEs and 50+ CWs. The position requires at least 10 years of relevant experience, advanced quantitative and modeling expertise, AI strategy and measurement capability, and a bachelor’s degree in an analytical or technical discipline.
