Intuit is hiring a Director, Data Science – Expert Network Planning to lead end-to-end workforce planning and operations for its Customer Success organization. The role owns forecasting, causal inference, capacity, scheduling, routing, attrition, and autonomous decisioning models across $1.5 billion in annual service spend and a network of more than 40,000 experts. It leads a global team of more than 45 full-time employees and 50 contract workers across the United States and India, builds a Workforce Management Center of Excellence, and partners with Product, Engineering, Finance, Service Delivery, and HR. The position requires 12+ years of data science or advanced analytics experience, including 6+ years managing data professionals, and offers a San Diego base-pay range of $278,000 to $376,000.
