Description
The Director of Facilities Operations will lead the strategic planning, operation, maintenance, and utility management of San Francisco State University’s main campus facilities and building systems. The role supervises facilities staff and specialized teams, manages budgets and contracts, oversees emergency and business continuity operations, and supports sustainability and capital renewal initiatives. It is a full-time, on-site management position with an anticipated monthly salary of $11,000–$11,650 and requires a bachelor’s degree, seven years of progressive facilities leadership experience, CMMS and Microsoft Office proficiency, and extensive knowledge of utility plants, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and related systems.
