C3 AI is hiring a Director, Federal Solutions to lead a team of Federal Solution Leaders delivering enterprise AI solutions to federal, defense, and intelligence-community customers. The role combines people leadership, delivery quality, technical architecture, staffing, government-executive engagement, security and compliance, and feedback to product and engineering. It requires U.S. citizenship, an active Top Secret/SCI clearance, at least 10 years of technical delivery or engineering experience including 4 years leading technical teams, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and deep expertise in federal mission domains and enterprise data environments. The Virginia base pay range is $182,000–$247,000 USD.
