Description
The Director of Finance Operations will lead the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Travel & Expense functions across HelloFresh’s North American brands and manage a team of 35 people in New York City, Colorado, and the Philippines. The role focuses on improving procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes, driving system and operational improvements, managing vendor payments and collections, supporting financial reporting and audits, and partnering with business and technology leaders. Candidates need at least 12 years of finance experience, a BA/BS in a relevant field, e-commerce and supply-chain experience, strong analytical and program-management skills, and ERP experience. The position offers a New York salary range of $158,550–$191,500 USD and a Colorado range of $148,050–$179,000 USD, along with health, retirement, leave, tuition reimbursement, and equity benefits.
