Chartis is hiring a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with senior business leaders on strategy, operating plans, forecasting, budgeting, performance analysis, KPIs, profitability, workforce planning, and investment decisions. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least eight years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, consulting, or related areas, with Chicago as the work location and flexibility in office days.
