Description
Air Transat is hiring a Director – Financial Reporting and Optimization to lead and develop a team of financial analysts, oversee accounting activities and internal controls, manage IFRS 16 provisions, consolidate financial results, lead budgeting and financial planning, prepare statutory financial statements, implement accounting standards, and drive continuous improvement and strategic finance projects. The role requires a Chartered Professional Accountant designation, at least seven years of financial personnel management experience, strong IFRS knowledge, leadership and change-management capabilities, and fluency in French and English.
