The role leads a regional financial reporting organization, oversees complex accounting disclosures, regulatory filings, client and auditor relationships, governance, risk, and quality controls, and drives operational excellence through automation, AI, and advanced analytics. It also manages high-performing teams and serves as a strategic advisor to senior management. The position requires extensive financial reporting leadership experience, deep IFRS and U.S. GAAP expertise, investment fund knowledge, and experience delivering AI-enabled solutions.
