Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd. is hiring a Director, Fleet Sales to develop and execute factory-direct sales of PC-12 and PC-24 aircraft for business aviation fleet customers. The role manages complex sales opportunities from business development through proposal, negotiation, contract execution, and closing; develops strategic relationships with operators and industry partners; evaluates aircraft utilization and fleet economics; forecasts sales; coordinates global and US teams; and represents Pilatus at customer meetings and industry events. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of aviation industry experience, a FAA Pilot Certificate, and strong sales, negotiation, relationship-management, and communication skills. The hiring range is $150,000-$180,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, and tuition benefits.
