Description
The University of Washington is hiring a Director for Workday Operations to lead the strategy, governance, management, security, and technical operations of its enterprise Workday platform and Workday Coordination Services. The role oversees multidisciplinary teams, centralized change intake, tenant and configuration management, access controls, incident and change management, project delivery, vendor relationships, budgets, and partnerships with HR, Finance, Research, UW Medicine, and academic stakeholders. It is a regular, 100% full-time hybrid leadership position based in the United States, requiring a bachelor’s degree and at least six years of progressively responsible experience, including enterprise ERP experience and people management.
