Description
Indicium AI is hiring a senior technical leader to head its Forward Deployed Software Engineering practice and report to the CTO. The role owns the practice end to end, including hiring and developing engineers, defining AI-native engineering transformation playbooks, managing enterprise engagements, delivering hands-on technical work, building scalable patterns, developing vertical expertise across financial services, energy, and healthcare, partnering with sales and client leaders, and providing technical mentorship. Candidates should have 10+ years of software engineering experience, at least 4 years in senior engineering leadership, a track record of building engineering teams, and experience driving engineering transformation.
