Cockroach Labs is hiring a Director of FP&A to lead the reinvention of its financial planning and analysis function for an AI-native, real-time decision-making organization. Reporting to the CFO, the role will transform planning, forecasting, scenario modeling, board materials, and self-serve financial intelligence while partnering with R&D, go-to-market, and general-and-administration leadership. The position requires 8+ years of progressive finance experience, strong financial modeling and forecasting skills, familiarity with recurring revenue metrics, and a track record of AI-led finance transformation. It is based in the Bay Area or New York City, follows a hybrid work model, and offers an annual base salary of $205,000–$250,000 USD plus stock options and other benefits.
