Fidelity is hiring a Director, Engineering for its Corporate Services Technology organization at the Westlake regional campus in the DFW Metroplex. The role leads a team of six local engineers and systems analysts and provides technology leadership for an additional ten international engineers, overseeing the design, delivery, integration, security, scalability, and operational excellence of legal technology platforms. The position requires software engineering leadership, enterprise platform modernization, distributed-team management, cloud and API expertise, secure engineering, and strong executive communication; legal technology experience is a plus. The role is part of Fidelity’s transition to a full-time onsite working model.
