Description
T1 Energy is hiring a Director, EHS to lead environmental, health, and safety operations at its G1 solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas. The role owns compliance programs, permits, chemical and industrial hygiene management, emergency response, incident investigations, training, performance metrics, and safety culture across a high-volume, 24/7 manufacturing operation. The position requires at least 10 years of EHS experience in high-volume manufacturing, including 3–5 years in leadership, along with knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and TCEQ requirements and experience managing EHS teams across multiple shifts.
