Description
American Tower is seeking a Director, Payable Solutions to lead its global Payables organization and serve as the global delivery lead across multiple geographies. The role oversees end-to-end disbursement processing through Oracle Accounts Payable, global team operations, standardized processes, KPIs and SLAs, compliance, vendor management, process optimization, automation, service transitions, and stakeholder governance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of large-scale service delivery or operations management experience, 5+ years leading global or regional delivery teams, and expertise in payables, ERP systems, workflow automation, and service governance.
