Resideo is hiring a Director, Global Compensation to lead the strategy, design, governance, administration, and execution of global compensation programs. The role oversees executive, incentive, broad-based, sales, recognition, merit, bonus, and equity programs; conducts market benchmarking and analysis; advises executives and HR leaders; partners with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and HR Operations; supports the Compensation Committee; modernizes job architecture; manages compensation education and process improvements; and leads a compensation team and external consultants.
