Director, Global Facilities Central Engineering, Construction Management & Engineering at Micron

Micron Technology is hiring a Director to provide strategic and technical leadership for construction engineering governance and Asia regional support across large-scale semiconductor fab programs. The role establishes construction standards, specifications, playbooks, and execution methodologies; leads multi-discipline construction and engineering teams; supports design, procurement, scheduling, commissioning, startup, handover, and closeout; and provides governance, risk, change, and AI-enabled process-improvement guidance. Candidates need a relevant degree, at least 15 years of construction engineering and management experience for large-scale industrial or semiconductor projects, at least 5 years in senior leadership managing multi-discipline teams, and experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or mission-critical facility environments.
