Zscaler is hiring a Director, Global Partner Program Design & Scale to lead the design, development, launch, and scaling of priority partner programs and go-to-market initiatives. Reporting to the global head of Partner Programs, the role will build reusable partner-program frameworks, orchestrate cross-functional launch readiness, manage regional partner-program teams across Americas, EMEA, and APJ, and improve adoption and business outcomes. The position requires 12+ years of relevant experience, strong partner-program and commercial judgment, and the ability to lead cross-functional execution without direct authority. The full-time role offers a base salary of $200,000–$250,000 USD and includes health plans, time off, parental leave, retirement options, education reimbursement, and other benefits.
