Description
StandardAero is hiring a Director, Global Payroll to lead the strategy, governance, compliance, operations, technology, vendor management, and team development of a complex, multi-country payroll function. Reporting to the Vice President of Total Rewards, the role oversees payroll delivery across countries, standardizes processes, leads transformation and automation initiatives, manages external payroll providers, and develops regional payroll leaders. The position is remote anywhere within the United States and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of progressively responsible payroll experience including significant leadership, and experience overseeing payroll in the United States, Canada, and other international countries.
