SharkNinja is hiring a Director, Global Strategic Programs to lead commercial strategy, execution, and growth initiatives across its global commercial organization. The role owns the ACE commercial engine, commercial intelligence, revenue growth management, category planning, media and social analytics, international expansion, KPI governance, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Social, Finance, SS&A, and IT. It requires at least eight years of relevant commercial experience, AI- and technology-enabled decision-making experience, strong financial and operational acumen, and a bachelor's degree; consumer products experience is preferred. The position offers an annual salary of $188,100 to $229,900 USD and medical, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
