Director, Global Tax Accounting at Sabre

Sabre is hiring a Director, Global Tax Accounting to lead its worldwide tax accounting and financial reporting function, reporting to the Vice President of Tax. The role owns global ASC 740 tax provision strategy, quarterly and annual effective tax rate and cash-tax forecasting, SEC tax disclosures, uncertain tax positions, SOX 404 controls, and multinational tax accounting matters. It also leads an outsourced tax provision function while modernizing processes, implementing tax technology and analytics, and preparing for an eventual insourced provision process. The position requires at least 15 years of progressive corporate tax experience, a bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA certification, deep ASC 740 and US GAAP expertise, and strong leadership, communication, and change-management capabilities.
