1Password is hiring a Director, Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineering to lead the intelligence layer for its global go-to-market engine. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, the role owns AI strategy, data intelligence, CRM and revenue systems, data infrastructure, AI agent architecture, governance, and deployment across GTM workflows. The position is based remotely in North America, requires 8+ years of relevant experience, and offers an annual base salary of $200,000–$300,000 USD for USA-based roles, plus benefits, paid time off, equity, and incentive participation.
