Description

Harvey is hiring a founding Director of Government Affairs and Public Policy to build and lead its government affairs and public policy function from scratch. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the role will establish strategy and stakeholder relationships with policymakers, regulators, bar associations, judicial and legislative bodies, and other institutions across the United States, EMEA, and APAC. The position will develop Harvey’s policy narrative, advise product and market strategy, maintain institutional credibility, and hire and develop regional government affairs managers as the function grows. The role requires a career in public policy, government affairs, or regulatory work, strong relationships with senior institutional stakeholders, familiarity with the legal industry and AI governance, and exceptional communication skills. Compensation is $260,000–$350,000 USD.
