Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd. is hiring a Director, Government Sales to develop and execute factory-direct sales of PC-12 and PC-24 aircraft for government and special-mission markets. The role manages complex sales from business development through proposals, negotiations, contract execution, and closing; develops strategic relationships; applies federal appropriations, procurement, and acquisition requirements; forecasts sales; coordinates with engineering, suppliers, production, and certification teams; and represents the company at customer and industry events. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of aviation industry experience, substantial government contracting knowledge, an FAA Pilot Certificate, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
