The role will build the operating model, governance, technology, analytics, AI workflows, and operational measurement systems; lead enterprise programs such as Sales Kickoff and Technical Sales Kickoff; and develop the Operations and Systems & Analytics teams. The position requires 10+ years of relevant experience in a high-growth SaaS organization, a bachelor's degree, and strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
