Description
The Director, Hardware Engineering will lead the development, validation, qualification, release, and commercialization of electromechanical systems for warehouse automation and robotic solutions. The role manages a small multidisciplinary hardware engineering team, coordinates with software, quality, product, operations, and supply chain partners, and oversees project planning, technical risk mitigation, manufacturing scale-up, production support, and field reliability improvements. The position requires a senior technical leader with a relevant engineering degree, at least 12 years of progressive electromechanical product experience, and at least 5 years leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
