Description
REGENT is hiring a Director, Hardware Engineering to lead and mature its 30+ person hardware engineering organization as it scales from prototype through certification and production. The role will strengthen leadership, coach functional managers, establish delivery cadences, mature hardware engineering processes, align capacity with program demand, and partner with software, manufacturing, program management, and executive leadership. Candidates should have senior engineering leadership experience in hardware-intensive industries, experience developing managers, knowledge of certification and production readiness, and broad technical fluency across structures, mechanical, electrical, propulsion, and aero/physics disciplines.
