Director, Head of Family Governance and Philanthropy at BNY

BNY is hiring a Director, Head of Family Governance and Philanthropy to lead and scale its family governance and philanthropy advisory practice for ultra-high-net-worth clients and families. The role covers governance structures, family meetings, multigenerational engagement, philanthropic strategy, client education, program delivery, content development, advisor enablement, business metrics, and thought leadership, while partnering with wealth management, trust, fiduciary, investment, marketing, and business leadership teams. The position is based in New York City, Philadelphia, Boston, Washington, DC, Atlanta, Florida, or Pittsburgh and requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 15 years of wealth management experience, and at least 5 years in family governance and philanthropic advisory.
