STACK Infrastructure is hiring a Director, HR Business Partner - Client Services, Engineering and Operations to provide strategic people leadership for its data centre operations function across EMEA, based in Milan, Italy. The role partners with senior operational leaders and local HR teams on workforce planning, organisational design, leadership development, succession planning, employee relations, talent management, recruitment, reward, learning, and people analytics. It requires significant experience supporting an operations, engineering, infrastructure, or similar technical function, strong knowledge of Italian employment practices, fluent Italian and English, and regular travel to EMEA offices and data centres. The position offers a gross annual salary of €85,000–€115,000 plus a 25% performance bonus, along with health insurance, meal vouchers, and other welfare benefits.
