Director, HR Technology at Applied Materials

Applied Materials is hiring a full-time HR Technology Director to lead the design and implementation of a scalable global HR technology ecosystem. The role owns the HRIS roadmap, builds and mentors HR technology teams, drives automation and continuous improvement, applies emerging technologies including AI, and manages end-to-end HR technology projects. It requires 10–12+ years of progressive HR technology experience, strong Workday expertise, global HR systems knowledge, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. The position is based in Austin, Texas or Santa Clara, California, with 25% travel and relocation eligibility.
