The Director, HRBP at WEX is an executive-level human resources leader responsible for advising the Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team. This role focuses on shaping workforce capabilities, optimizing talent density, and enhancing structural agility. The director will drive the transformation towards an AI-native operating model, transitioning HR from a reactive support function to a predictive and prescriptive consulting entity. Key responsibilities include executive advisory, organizational architecture, strategic workforce transformation, change leadership, talent and succession strategy, and cross-functional governance.
