OnTrac is hiring a Director, Hub Operations to lead the financial and operational performance of a 24/7 delivery hub in Romeoville, Illinois. Reporting to the VP of Operations, the role manages staffing, performance, safety, security, SOP adherence, budget and P&L performance, cross-functional execution, line-haul coordination, and continuous improvement. The position requires 7–10 years of managerial experience in logistics or a similar industry, extensive hub terminology knowledge, and strong critical thinking, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. schedule and on-site leadership during late evening and overnight periods. Compensation is $180,000–$225,000 in the expected starting base range, with potential base salary up to $270,000 and possible bonus, commission, or incentive compensation.
