Description
Save the Children International is seeking an executive-level Director, Impact Intelligence to lead a global, movement-wide agenda spanning organisational learning, MEAL, research and evaluation, ethics and evidence generation, and economic evaluation. Reporting to the Deputy CEO and Chief Strategy Officer, the role provides strategic and operational leadership across multiple teams and 24 direct and indirect reports, improving data and learning systems, prioritising decision-critical evidence, embedding ethical and inclusive practices, and integrating cost-informed analysis into programme and influencing decisions. The position is hybrid/remote with flexible working options, available from any approved Save the Children International office, and is offered on a three-year fixed-term contract.
