OpenLoop is hiring a Director, Implementation Project Management to build and operate an implementation project management office from the ground up. The role will establish playbooks, stage gates, reporting, risk controls, and project management platforms; manage the portfolio of customer launches; lead the largest strategic implementations; hire and develop four Technical Project Managers; coordinate readiness across sales, solutions engineering, technical implementation, and customers; and align engineering capacity with portfolio demand. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of program, project, implementation, or delivery experience in B2B software or services, including 3+ years managing project managers, plus experience with PMO frameworks, portfolio resource assignment, project management tool implementation, technical project management, executive client communication, and hiring project managers.
