Description
The Director of Indirect Procurement will oversee sourcing for approximately $100 million in non-production goods and services, including technology, HR services, marketing, consulting, real estate, plant supplies, facilities, and corporate travel. The role leads enterprise-wide sourcing strategies, RFPs, supplier negotiations, contract governance, supplier performance, spend analysis, procurement technology, and BI dashboards, while managing category specialists and cross-functional business stakeholders. It is based at AAR’s Corporate Headquarters in Wood Dale, Illinois, with a planned relocation to the Merchandise Mart in Chicago in early 2027.
