SBP is hiring a Director of Individual Giving to lead strategy, revenue growth, donor acquisition and stewardship, and the development of its individual giving team. Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, the role manages annual, leadership, and major-gift fundraising across three segments, develops high-value donor relationships, leads disaster-response fundraising when needed, and optimizes CRM and reporting systems. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 8–10 years of progressively responsible fundraising experience including significant individual-giving experience and at least four years supervising frontline staff, CRM proficiency, and strong relationship-building and strategic skills. The salary range is $88,000–$140,000 per year.
