Description
The Director, Industry Relations provides strategic oversight of labor relations across the company and its subsidiaries, including more than 120 union agreements. The role leads a high-performing team, supports collective bargaining, advises regional leadership, manages grievance and arbitration proceedings, reviews collective bargaining agreements, and develops crisis-management strategies. It requires a bachelor’s degree in labor relations, human resources, or a related field, at least seven years of leadership experience in labor relations or human resources, and experience with collective bargaining agreement preparation, bargaining, and administration. The position is exempt, requires travel up to 40%, and offers an annual salary of $157,500 to $207,750.
