PubMatic is hiring a Director of Information Security to lead its global enterprise security program across infrastructure, cloud platforms, products, corporate systems, and emerging AI technologies. The role owns security strategy, engineering, operations, governance, incident response, automation, AI security, and executive reporting, while managing security teams, vendors, and strategic initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or higher, at least 10 years of progressive cybersecurity experience including 5 years leading enterprise security organizations, and expertise in cloud security, security engineering, operations, identity, zero trust, DevSecOps, Kubernetes, and AI security. The position follows a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days working remotely, and offers a total compensation range of $210,000 to $250,000 USD plus bonus and benefits.
