Description
The role leads a team of four senior security engineers and owns the design, deployment, and governance of an intelligent, Python-based security response platform that automates vulnerability discovery, triage, reasoning, and remediation. Responsibilities include defining graduated automation policies, representing the Bengaluru security engineering team globally, tracking security KPIs, and leading the transition from manual vulnerability management to automated, evidence-driven practices. The position requires 15+ years of information security engineering experience, including at least 8 years in technical leadership or senior engineering management, along with hands-on Python development, production security automation, agentic AI, and automated remediation governance.
